Keystone Systems (“we”) operates keystonesystems.ai. This page explains what we collect and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you submit the Get Started form we collect your name, company name, email address, phone number, industry, team size, approximate monthly call volume, your optional package preference, and whatever you write in the free-text field. We collect this because you gave it to us so we could contact you.

The revenue calculator calculates estimates in your browser. We keep the landing page, referrer, and campaign information in session storage while you browse and include that source information with an inquiry you submit.

What we do with it

We use your information to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver and support your system. We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties except the service providers that operate our infrastructure — hosting, email delivery, and our customer relationship platform — and only to the extent they need it to perform that function.

How long we keep it

Inquiry records are retained for up to 24 months. Client records are retained for the duration of the engagement and for seven years afterward for tax and legal purposes.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email samuel@keystonesystems.ai and we'll action it within 30 days.

If you become a client and we send you SMS messages, you can stop them at any time by replying STOP.

Cookies

When configured, optional analytics loads only after you choose Allow in the cookie notice. Choosing Decline keeps it off. Your choice is stored in this browser; you can clear browser site data to reset it. The website and forms work without optional analytics.
