These terms govern your use of keystonesystems.ai. Services delivered to clients are governed by a separate written services agreement; where the two conflict, that agreement controls.
The site
Content on this site is provided for information only. The revenue calculator produces an estimate based on figures you enter and assumptions we disclose next to the result. It is an illustration, not a projection, guarantee, or promise of any particular outcome.
No guarantee of results
We do not guarantee any specific number of leads, booked jobs, reviews, search rankings, or revenue. Marketing outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including your market, your pricing, your responsiveness, and your capacity to do the work.
Billing
Your written proposal or services agreement sets out setup fees, recurring charges, separately funded costs, payment dates, and cancellation and handover terms before work begins. Viewing a package or sending an inquiry does not activate a subscription.
Your data and your content
You retain ownership of your business data, customer records, and any content you supply. On cancellation we will export your contact and conversation records and provide them to you in a standard format on request.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to contact the people in any list you provide, and for complying with applicable communications law including the TCPA and CAN-SPAM.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
